What's on your mind each time you hear the food made from taro?

Ohhh me do like it much! Let me share a traditional recipe by my mom: it's a home made taro cake.
Well, not really a cake actually. It's a tea break snacks i think...lol
You see the picture above....you can have it in steam or you can have it in fried...
Prepare 1 kg taro, roughly grated it. Cut Shrimp ebi and peanut finely, fried it for a while coz its burnt easily. Then stir well the taro + shrimp ebi + peanut with thickened rice flour, then add some salt + pepper + a lil bit MSG.
Steam it for 25mns then just serve it with some hot tea =D
You can fried the steam taro also, it really tastes very good (for you who like Chinese's traditional food ;))
