This is the newest information I got about diet. Very interesting and very simply to practise.
Nikhil V. Dhurandhar, from Pennington Biomedical Research Centre, US declare that having eggs for breakfast could decrease energy supply into body. Nikhil said someone could reduce weight until 65% faster by consuming 2 eggs for breakfast every morning. And it will decrease BMI (Body Mass Index) for 61%.

Egg helps to still someone hunger coz its contain a high energy level. So, a smaller portion of breakfast will be ordered.

Ehmmmm, see!!! a very simply way to diet right???
