Just received a box of Fish Oil from Australia.
Well, what I heard from others that Fish / Salmon Oil from Oz is one of the best, though I never really read any study about it :p

My mom always consume Fish Oil from Oz in last several years, and it's proven very good for health and skin surely.

What is Fish Oil used for?
Helping to reduce arthritic swelling, maintain a healthy cardiovascular system, assist in the maintenance of normal eye and brain function, reduce inflammation and joint swelling associated with arthritis, and decrease fat in blood (triglycerides) in healthy people.

How it works?
Omega 3 found in Fish Oil acts as anti-inflammatory agent. Medical research shows that consumption of Omega 3 essential fatty acids, comprising of DHA and EPA, can help maintain healthy cholesterol levels in healthy individuals.
Ah I can't stand not to share this...A touchy note I just read at Pinterest.com

Letter from a Mother to a Daughter :
"My dear girl, the day you see I’m getting old, I ask you to please be patient, but most of all, try to understand what I’m going through.
If when we talk, I repeat the same thing a thousand times, don’t interrupt to say:
“You said the same thing a minute ago”... Just listen, please.
Try to remember the times when you were little and I would read the same story night after night until you would fall asleep"

My words :
Love your dad and mom. No matter how bad they are, they're still your best parents in the world. Don't wake up someday with regret if you are too late to show your sincere and care and love to your beloved dad and mom.

My short trip to Phuket left a deep impression. Once I touched down the island, the feel was exact when I went to Bali. Phuket is Beautiful. I like the most was Khai Nok Island. For you who will have a trip to Phuket in short time? You shall be there!!!

One of my rule in every trip is I have to try the signature food! Though, Thai food is not on my top list favorite food, I still like to share those pictures ^^

Just had a business trip to Bali couple weeks ago, my visit to Bali after 5 years ago, been a long time, huh? Lol
